an option, but an obligation to our clients,
their clients, our drivers, and the public.
While we realize that there is no absolute
guarantees, Superb Transport continues to
strive to maintain the highest level of
safety attainable.
As the recipients of continued "Satisfactory"
ratings of the California Highway Patrol's
BIT program (Biennial Inspection of Terminals)
since the program's establishment in 1991,
Superb Transport, has a proven record of
driver and vehicle safety!

Driver Safety Program
Superb Transport, Inc. has implemented the
following measures when hiring new drivers
and owner-operators to ensure the safety
of your shipment and the lives of others:
- All Drivers and Owner-Operators are
required to pass a federally mandated
pre-employment drug test.
- All Drivers and Owner-Operators are
required to be enrolled in federally mandated
drug and alcohol consortium where they
will be required to participate in a random
drug and alcohol testing program.
- All Drivers and Owner-Operators are
required to pass a DMV approved medical
exam.
- All Drivers and Owner-Operators must
have a clean driving record and a minimum
of 3 years commercial driving experience.
- All Drivers and Owner-Operators must
have a minimum of 3 years experience hauling
intermodal containers and thorough knowledge
of the ports we service.
- All Drivers and Owner-Operators must
be enrolled in the DMV Motor Carrier Pull
Notice program. (DMV will notify us with
any changes to the driver's driving record)
- All Drivers and Owner-Operators must
be enrolled in the California Highway
Patrol's BIT program. (Biennial Inpection
of Terminals)
Vehicle Maintenance
Program
Superb Transport, Inc. has implemented the
following measures of fleet maintenance
in order to safely deliver your product
on time and in one piece:
- All vehicles, both owned and non-owned
(Owner-Operators) are regularly maintained
by certified mechanics while on and off
the road.
- All vehicles must meet the requirements
set forth by the California Highway Patrol's
BIT program.
- All vehicles must meet the requirments
set forth by the Department of Motor Vehicles.
- All vehicles must meet the requirments
set forth by the Federal Motor Carrier
Administration.
